At NKD we created an easy to use toolkit that allowed anyone from ibis to facilitate and run the training program. The Creative Lead put together some initial designs using the ibis colours red, green and blue. I took these concepts and developed them further to create print materials and a slideshow. I later added actual photos of staff members so that overall, the toolkit had a more genuine and natural feel to it that participants would feel more connected with.
